What We Do

We are a non-denominational church committed to the outreach of the displaced, hungry, and needy in the greater Modesto area.

Our services begin at 11:30am every Sunday - rain or shine - at Oregon Park, located at 1525 Oregon Dr., Modesto, CA 95354

Our services are 100% volunteer prepared and funded and include both an adult service and a Children's Church.  We also provide a hot meal to our congregation, volunteers and to all those in the park who have need.  Once a month we distribute clothing and hygiene kits with our ministry partners Life Connection Church, in addition to our Sunday morning service. And during the colder winter months we give out cold weather supplies such as sleeping bags and coats.

Each week we serve a congregation of between 100-150 and volunteers with our service and a hot meal.  Each week we lift up 20-30 children at our Children's Church.  

We welcome those from all backgrounds, races and financial statuses and encourage them to love Jesus and others more than themselves.  We believe that God has given each person a unique and special set of gifts and talents.  We are grateful for those who use their God-given talents and gifts to help the ministry of Church In The Park.
